Brian Lee is a board-licensed acupuncturist. With more than two decades of professional experience, Dr. Lee currently serves as a medical director to see patients in Orange County, California.
Dr. Lee pursued both his doctorate and master’s degree in Acupuncture and Korean medicine. Since completing his studies, Dr. Lee has received extensive integrative spine care and pain management fellowship and residency training in Korea. He has also studied and trained at prestigious universities including Kyung Hee University International Studies of Oriental Medicine and Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine in Seoul, Korea.
Dr. Lee served as the CEO and medical director of Jaseng Center for Alternative Medicine in Irvine, California, for eight years before earning the title of Dean of Clinical Education at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in LA. During his tenure, Dr. Lee oversaw the pain management program at The Wellness Center at the Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center in Boyle Heights, LA, and at the UCLA-affiliated Venice Family Clinic in Santa Monica, California.
Passionate about continuing education, Dr. Lee has taught master-level students and was an adjunct professor at South Baylo University in Anaheim, California, before serving as a preceptorship supervisor for the externship program at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California. In 2018, CalOptima Board appointed him to serve on the CalOptima Provider Advisory Committee as the Allied Health Representative.
Outside of the office hour, Dr. Lee enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending time with his wife, son and his cute cat.
